My neat room was cheap and beds were very comfy. The location was unbeatable - just next door to the restaurant, northern Victoria and Cactus Country, the main reason for staying and going here. It also was close to nice cafe for morning.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location on the main highway was very convenient and it was close to a nice cafe. I also enjoyed attending a marvelous free open air Twilight concert on the Murray just up the road at Cobram. The staff were friendly and the rooms were basic but comfortable, with air conditioning and breakfast included.
Everything was satisfactory, nothing in particular to complain about.

The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. Additionally, the location is ideal, being close to the Vic/NSW border and just off the Highway. Furthermore, the rooms are well-maintained and come with basic amenities, including air conditioning and cooking facilities.

The rooms are clean, bright, and well, maintained. the staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. the location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. the hotel has great value for money with all amenities needed and pet, friendly accommodation available.
The only downside of the experience was the absence of an outdoor rubbish bin to dispose of the trash before leaving. But, the well, kept and clean facilities make up for this minimal inconvenience.

The hotel provided a pet bowl and treat for our furry companion, as well as a decent exercise area for pets. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water. the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The couch in the room was uncomfortably firm, and the room looked different from the pictures online. There were no facilities to wash dishes properly, which was inconvenient.
